Jackson Family Enlists LAPD, CHP for Funeral

Michael Jackson The Jackson family has reportedly met with local authorities in preparation for Michael Jackson's memorial/funeral service.

While an exact plan and date have not been revealed, Los Angeles based sources confirm that the family has met with both the Los Angeles Police Department and California Highway Patrol(CHP).

Likely discussing security, traffic and crowd control, the Jackson family is expected to announce plans for the icon's burial soon.

A separate service, reportedly for the public, will be held at Jackson's famed Neverland Ranch.

Jackson died at the age of 50, Thursday, June 25.

    he was the greatest singer that ever lived. Greater then elvis & greater then the beatles. He is at peace now from all the reporters who loved to bad mouth him. He will be bigger then life itself now. I hope his mom gets the childre. They belong with their grandma
