Supreme Court Orders Revisit of Janet Jackson's 'Malfunction' Fine

Janet Jackson Just when we thought Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" had been buried, the Supreme Court decided to revisit the incident Monday !

Published reports indicate that the court has ordered a federal appeals court to re-examine its ruling in favor of CBS Corp. in a legal fight over the infamous Superbowl malfunction that left Jackson's breast exposed on Live! television in 2004.

Last year the appeals court threw out a whopping $550,000 fine that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) had imposed on CBS over the incident that also involved Justin Timberlake and MTV.

In a statement, CBS said the Supreme Court's decision is not a surprise considering a ruling that narrowly upheld the FCCs policy against one-time uses of curse words on live television last week.
