The outing will kick off today (May 1) in Stockton, CA, and her schedule continues through much of the remainder of the year, with on/off dates lined up through November.
"Still Unforgettable," the Cole's latest studio album from Cole was released last September. It peaked at No. 19 on The Billboard 200 chart and No. 8 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The album also landed Cole two Grammy’s, one for Best Pop Traditional Album and another for Best Instrumental Accompanying Vocalist

Even if you are not a fan of Natalie's, one must admire how she has set the example of what other singers can accomplish when you stop using drugs! She carries herself in a regal-like way, without being stuck up and arrogant(like her peers), and has one of the best charismatic red-carpet personalities in show business! Some folks feel the same way you feel about Natalie, with Mary J. and Anita Baker's singing! But both of them can put on sure fire concerts that put these young, modern day divas to sleep! It's all about who you like really, and for me Natalie continues to deliver! God speed to her!
I beg to differ with Kiara below! Anytime you have a recording artist that has their family's last name attached to them, they are already going to be prejudged! Their individual acclaim to fame is when the artist can deliver memorable songs and perform well in concerts on their own merits; despite their namesake! Natalie, Janet Jackson, Wynonna Judd and CeCe Winans are prime examples of divas who even at times, have "surpassed" their family's namesake with their own identifiable music! We all love us some Chaka Khan, but for years she has struggled with remembering the words to her own songs while in concert! Even on several television award shows, she has repeatedly forgotten the lyrics and this has been a topic for years within the African-American community. ..and we have come to accept this from her and no matter what, we still love Chaka!
Natalie you are the very best. I am one man who is not afraid of caring for a person who is sick. I wish you well. I come from a family of music, the Hampton's from Indiana.
HI,NATALIE,PLEASE CHECK OUT MY WEB SITE,, www.warrior,mymaxsystem.com. this could help you in a major way.
Natalie Cole is NOT that great of a singer. She's never impressed me. She's certainlly not as good as Chaka Kahn. She was famous because she had her father's name so everyone thinks she is so great and amaizing. She's good, but not great.
She is one of the "most underrated and overlooked divas" in recorded music! She should be in the same breathe of names like Diana, Aretha, Chaka, Gladys, Patti, Barbara, Tina, etc...but has somehow gotten overlooked as being just as influential as they are! There would be no Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse, Adele or Duffy, if Natalie hadn't have paved the way for them to do jazzy throwback soul music! Natalie is one of few vocalists in showbusiness that can sing anything: jazz, opera, blues, gospel, country and R&B! It's a damn shame she didn't make Rolling Stone's list of The 100 Greatest Singers in the Rock Era! Our prayers go out to Natalie Cole!
