Rihanna IS Cooperating in Chris Brown Case, Lawyer Speaks

Contrary to a story released by Fox News Monday night, both Rihanna's lawyer and the Los Angeles County District Attorney Spokesperson say the "Take A Bow" diva is cooperating with the Chris Brown 'making criminal threats' and 'felony assault' case.
"She will do everything that the law requires her to do," Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra told US Magazine Monday.
"Nothing has changed".
Etra's statement came just hours after Fox hinted that Rihanna just wanted "the whole thing" to go away instead of cooperating in the case that has plagued both her life and Chris Brown's since February.
Los Angeles County D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons backs Etra's statement that Rihanna is cooperating:
"We deal with her attorney, who says she is a cooperating victim," Gibbons told US.
As previously reported on Singersroom, Etra, speaking just after Chris Brown's first court date, said "if subpoenaed, she will testify" regarding the chance that Rihanna may indeed take the stand if required to do so.
Chris Brown's official arraignment, after a continuance was granted last month, is set for April 6.

Another thing, the minute Chris Brown left her on the dark L.A. streets like a broken down doll, he SENT HIMSELF TO JAIL! HE DID THAT HIMSELF!! He just left her there for the police!!! What an idiot!! He didn't care one bit what happened to her whatsoever. He saw that she had blood all over that blue gown. He saw that her mouth was full of blood!! He probably had blood on his hands!! But he called a ride and jetted!!!! More than anything, his leaving her like that is what hurts my heart. He deserves every bit of correction the courts give him. Rihanna has been TOO nice to this guy as it is. The nerve of some of you Chris Brown supporters!!! You all are sick and need to REPENT!!!!
You go, Rihanna!!! Do your thing girl. I think you are on the right track and ya gotta do what ya gotta do. You can forgive him, but that does not mean you need to be with him or obstruct A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION!!!!!!! The Chris Brown nutballs may hate you, but the majority will support you and that's who matter most! Plus, you have to live with yourself. i still say that there's something not right with this case rihanna's story and actions are very shaded. notice we hardly see chris out in public that much anymore. i don't giva a f*** what anyone says. CHIRS BROWN FOREVER. :)
I am really shocked at the ignorance of these little girls. They completely seperate Chris Brown from the rest of guys in the world. I like Chris Brown and he's a talented brotha, but the fact remains that he put himself in this position. Rihanna didn't beat herself up! Regardless of what she may have done to provoke him he should have just gotten out of the car and walked away. I do not wish bad things for Chris Brown and I do hope that he gets a second chance because it would be sad for him to end such a promising career on a mistake he made at the young age of 19. However, that second chance must come after he is finished going through whatever sentence the court provides him with. He's a male, he hit a female, and he needs more than a little slap on the wrist star treatment punishment. This is a sad situation, but a very serious one.

Rihanna isn't going to be sending Chris Brown to jail, Chris Brown is going to be sending Chris Brown to jail for putting himself in a situation where this could even happen. Matter fact She'll most likely gained a bigger fan base because of this fiaso.
