Lil Wayne First for Revamped 'VH1 Behind The Music'

Lil Wayne is slated to be the first recording star to appear in a revamped version of the hit VH1 series "Behind The Music" !
After covering the lives of everyone from Mary J. Blige to LL Cool J prior to 2006, VH1's "Behind The Music" took a break.
Today, VH1 executive vice president of original programming says "It felt like the time is right".
"There's all sorts of new artists on the scene who have emerged and
have these great stories. And there's other artists that we always
wanted to do the first time around."
According to the Hollywood Reporter, VH1 has ordered 10 new episodes of "Music"due to air later this year.
Grammy Award-winning musician Scott Weiland has reportedly signed on for the series with Lil Wayne.
Other participating entertainers will be revealed at a later date.
