RL From Next Attacks All R&B Singers

I guest G-Unit is trying to take over R&B too, well gangsta R&B that is. We heard Kev Samples attacking Ne-Yo, T-Pain and some other artist on a Whoo Kid Mixtape. Well now veteran singer RL from the group Next also has something to say. R.L. decided to come out of hiding and scream all over an R&B diss track about how he and his new best friends of G-Unit hate all these fake R&B singers. Is it me or is R&B not dead? We don?t need a savior; music is just changing like anything else.

is he dissing all the R&B singers? because i thought boys II men inspired him.

  4. CHUCHIE says:

i kind of understand how RL feels. but he needs to understand that 112 and jagged edge has been out way longer than him. i mean i love RL, NEXT, JAGGED EDGE, & 112 and i dont feel comfortable for him to say that they lip sing because i really dont think they do at all.

  5. claytonsavage.com says:

interesting how much he looks like ray j in the pic on this site. a lot of r&b has been moved over the neo-soul category so maybe it's not obvious as it once was but there's still great r&b singers out there. Singling out jagged and 112 is easy to do as they have branded their sounds and are likely in direct competition with RL and his crews attempts at making comptetive R&B. But there's some mean singers out there.. anthony hamilton, carl thomas, jahiem, maxwell, d'angelo (yup still!) and even genuwine. You can't stop there if you're really doing your home work. There's really no room for hate in this game. I don't see the rockers all ticked off at each other. it's such a N-word thang.

  6. Lil Mama says:

ANYBODY ON HERE THAT TAILOR TO THIS BULLS**T OF MUSIC HAS NOTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO IN LIFE. OBVIOUSLY RL DIDNT EITHER OTHER THAN TO SIT AROUND AND THINK OF SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT ATLANTA'S R&B ARTIST'S. HIS ALBUM TITLE DEFINITELY PUT HIMSELF INTO PERSPECTIVE "HATER IN YOU".

  7. Jamie says:

I dont understand this so called gangsta R&B don't we get enough of that drama from the Rap artist...The reason I feel in love with R&B is because of the positive effect it had on the music industry but now this gangsta s*** is bringing R&B further down they need to cut that out and let the rappers take care of the "gangsta drama "

  8. BROOKLYN says:
