R&B/soul singer India.Arie is ready to take her brand of acoustic soul and R&B, including the current hit "Chocolate High" on the road !
Celebrating the release of "Testimony Vol. 2, Love & Politics," Arie will kick off a nearly 7-date west coast tour on April 1 in Berkley, California.
Titled the '2009 Soulbird Tour', Arie's jaunt will make rounds through Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles and San Diego before wrapping up its first leg April 19 in Anaheim, CA. (see dates below)
Arie's 2009 Soulbird Tour becomes the former "I Am Not My Hair" singer's first major tour since "Testimony Vol.1, Life & Relationship" was released.
Additional dates are likely to be announced.
