Lil Wayne is facing a lawsuit for 1.3 million after he slipped out on three shows at Rochester, New York's Blue Cross Arena last year.
Citing three failed shows, including an October 2008 show where fellow Hip-Hop star Ludacris took the stage, Edward Strickland, GM of RMF Productions filed suit against the Grammy winning rapper Friday.
Strickland also cites the fact that Lil Wayne was advanced $100k in October.
According to TMZ, Strickland last heard from Lil Wayne when the third concert was canceled via email due to "logistics of his band".

I LOVE Weezy!!! I paid to see his show the first time and then when I heard he was coming with Ludacris I was like yaeh!. Then he no showed again because he said the sound wasn't right. BUt Ludacris took the stage and ripped it!!!! There was not a problem with sound that I could hear. I think Weezy has gotten to big for his fans. I still love him, but I don't beleive he will ever come back and do a show..
