Highly anticipated releases from R&B/soul singers Ryan Leslie, India Arie and Bobby Valentino are hitting stores and digital retailers Tuesday.
Just in time for Valentine's Day, hits including Ryan Leslie's "Addiction;" India Arie's "Chocolate High;" and Bobby Valentino's "Beep," will be made available via the singer's albums "Ryan Leslie," "Testimony Vol. 2: Love & Politics" and "The Rebirth".
Leslie, who has had a number of release setbacks since last summer, has a reported twelve tracks on his self-titled effort including "How It Was Supposed To Be" and the summer/fall anthem "Diamond Girl".
Accompanying Leslie's release, India Arie's long-anticipated album "Testimony Vol. 2: Love & Politics," an effort featuring the sweet collaboration with Musiq Soulchild on "Chocolate High" hits stores Tuesday, Feb. 10.
According to India.Arie, "Testimony Vol.2: Love & Politics" "represents me vocally, lyrically and sonically."
"I stepped into the next phase of my evolution: a healthier place where I need to do what I want to do."
Like Arie, R&B singer Bobby Valentino is turning the page on a new chapter with "The Rebirth," his fourth studio album.
Featuring the hit single "Beep," Valentino says "The Rebirth" is his best effort yet.
Speaking with Singersroom about his new album, Valentino said "I got sixteen songs on this album. When I did my album (I said) “I’m
giving people a full album.” I go buy some people albums and they only
have the minimum on the there. I think the minimum on there is eleven
or twelve, because a lot of people just want to put out the minimum.
Not me, I want to give the people all I can give. "
