Amy Winehouse is getting checked by her record label according to published reports.
In a report issued by London's PTI, Winehouse is said to be in trouble with executives who have been patiently waiting for the singer's much-anticipated follow up to "Back To Black".
Winehouse is so much in trouble that Universal Records' commercial director Brian Rose has been sent to Saint Lucia, where the troubled singer has been seen partying and paying for hotel guest tabs, to talk sense into the singer.
A label source told the Sun, "Brian has been told to drive some common sense into Amy and find out what the hell is going on. There don't seem to be any solid plans for new music. But Universal is a business and it needs to know what is happening to one of its biggest talents."
Winehouse was previously rumored to be releasing the follow up to "Back To Black" this Spring.

GIRL U R VERY UGLY I JUST WANA TELL U THAT UGLY AMY
Good for Winehouse to be checked upon! The thing is does she wanna be helped?? Her divorce was supposed to be a step in the right direction, but she is not even listening to her dad and the rest of her family! Maybe when these execs from her label, tell her she's won't get paid then she'll get it together! The contradiction of her troubles is that I've listened to her cd over and over and still wonder why we are so enthralled with her! It has good moments, but I think critics and fans can't seem to get past the "nostalgic hair" which is making everyone think that she is so soulful! If it is throwbacks everyone's looking for, then we need to get Rapheal Sadiq's new cd into heavy rotation and quit wasting our time praising and awarding Winehouse!! She can't even put on a descent live show! All this acclaim and fame could've been given to Teena Marie and Jon B. as far as blue-eyed soul music goes!
