Janet Jackson is rumored to be fuming over Beyonce's controversial 'like the Jacksons comment' a few weeks ago.
Beyonce told reporters: "I grew up upper-class. Private school. My dad had a Jaguar. We’re African-American, and we
work together as a family, so people assume we’re like the Jacksons."
While the first part of Beyonce's statement was accepted, the "I Am ...Sasha Fierce" singer's final statement ".. I didn’t have parents using me to get out of a bad situation" raised eyebrows and backlash.
According to sources close to Jackson, Janet is furious over the comment and is ready to set Beyonce straight.
"Janet wanted to know why Beyonce had to mention her family," the
insider said.
"They're not friends and barely know each other. She
feels Beyonce went out of her way to tell the world she's from the
upper class and the Jacksons were like a bunch of dirty gutter rats."
"Not only is Janet telling everyone who will listen that Beyonce has a
lot of growing up to do and that she needs to stop trying to impress
everyone, she's planning to confront Beyonce herself and read her the
riot act."

First of all we all know Beyonce is not the brightest... When Destiny Child were together Kelly did all the talking... Beyonce, was totally out of pocket for her comments... Jo Jackson raised 6 black boys in the 60s which were hard times for blacks... So we need to give him all the respect in the world... Janet J. was MTV first ICON and Beyonce sung for her. They cannot be compared Janet had the sitcoms, the movies, the videos and they (Beyonce and others) copy her. One thing Beyonce didn't copy was class. Everyone knows how the Jacksons grew up but wouldn't the truth be that Beyonce parents her dad her manager and her mom her wardrobe all get paid from Beyonce. Therefore HELLO her parents aren't any better. I'm not one to pick sides but if Bey wouldn't have put her foot in her mouth by addressing the talk of her family being compared to the Jacksons, there wouldn't be a story.
First off, the Knowles cannot compare to the Jacksons period. They both come from different genres.
Second, Janet was & is a solo artist. Even tho Bey was the star of Destiny's Child, the accomplishment wasn't made solely by her. Janet always held her own. Come on, we're talking about 'Penny' here....duh.
Third, Janet comes from a family of talent and that is something Beyonce can't compete with. I know Bey sold mad albums but do they compare to the Jacksons' sales. I could be wrong but that I doubt. Bey has Solange on her side but would people rather pay to see them or Janet, The Jackson 5... and LaToya.
In conclusion, both Janet & Bey are getting paid but Janet is cruising in a whole nother lane. Beyonce trying to speed to catch up when really she need to slow down before she crash.

BABY BROOKLYN, I agree totally in interviews beyonce doesn't really seem like she can put together a coherent sentence together but being young when she came out can't really be used as an excuse. I mean beyonce was 16 or 17 when destiny's child came out and they weren't even THAT big at first. Now look at somebody like BRANDY, she really was young when she came out i'm talking 14 YEARS OLD, and she was solo star plus she had her own T.V show MOESHA and i've seen Bran in interviews and she sound very articulate she even went to PEPPERDINE UNIVERSITY for a while. I don't think Beyonce realizes that the main reason she got to where she's at, at the moment is because she hasn't been wearing any clothes and you know what they say SEX SALES. I'm not a fan of beyonce....NEVER!!!! but I believe that her coming up in the game at a young age and being about the money and fam, that she missed out on her proper education. I've heard her speak many times and thought to myself, "wow" "what the hell happen". And I think that's where that comment came in at....lack of education. She would have realize that she and the Jackson grew up at diffent times and that Joe did what he had to do to get his family out of the slums. Even though the Jackson's have their issues their status is "Jackson" status.
I believe that education is knowledge and that if she continue her eduction then she would have acknowledge that the Knowles and the Jackson came from different times... you can't compare family life!!!
