Ciara can dance her ass off, bey can sing her ass off. Ciara can not sing, bey can not dance.......the songs have the same concept but Ciara is better in my opinion. i think that they both have their strengths and weaknesses.... Ciara is a way better dancer.... but Beyonce is a better singer, but it depends on if u really like vocal singin, because i think that Ciara's songs are better, she's more real and doesnt try to act TOO classy, she represents where she's from...

The only thing I see similar about these songs is the fact that both songs play with gender roles. Ciara is an amazing dancer, but I it stop's there. As a fan of good singing, I must say I haven't heard Ciara sing one time and have "wow!" reaction. However, I've coem to expect nothing but the best from Beyonce. Beyonce's song (If I were a Boy) is more deep. I love Ciara's video (Like a Boy), but her songs quite often have no vocal depth (monotone /"you can look at me and think that I'm.. dah dah dah dah...). With Beyonce you get great singing and dancing. Beyonce is a far better performer. Performing on stage to me is about singing and dancing at the same time. Ciara could work on this a bit. Beyonce is the Queen. No body from our generation (I'm the same age as Bey) has even come close to her level of performance.
