Legend Gets 'Whatever He Likes' With T.I. Remix of 'Green Light'

John Legend scored 'what he liked' -- a remix of his hit single "Green Light" produced by Swizz Beatz with a couple bars from T.I.

"That was fresh. That'll be coming soon" Legend told MTV News over the weekend.

Slowing "Green Light" down and making it a little more R&B-ish, Legend says he switched up the lyrics to ride to the beat a little bit.

"It's kind of a different record, but it still has an element of the original."

In addition to the remix, John Legend is busy prepping for his recently announced tour featuring fellow R&B star Raphael Saadiq. The tour, linked to the singer's new album "Evolver" kicks off November 19 in Minneapolis.
