Update: Avant Resets Capitol Debut

Fans will have to wait a little while longer for R&B singer Avant's new self-titled album.
Set to become his first project under a new contract with Capitol Records, Avant's latest project has been reset for Dec.9 instead of the original Oct. 28 release.
As previously reported on Singersroom, Avant has teamed up with Trackmasters, The Architects and Anonymous for the new album which he hopes will take his music to the next level under Capitol.
"Capitol was a better look for me. I have people that believe in me as an artist, plus they have the machine to take me to the next level."
Avant - the album is slated for release Dec. 9.
