Sexually-transmitted diseases are increasing again among young people, as are an alarming number of teenage pregnancies. "Sane"(Rachael) use to mean thinking through the consequences of your actions which most sexually-active teens do not do; and though you may think you are not a 's***' (Jessica) you really don't want to know what your partner-of-the-moment thinks of you.
