Sanaa Lathan slams Denzel Washington affair rumors

Actress Sanaa Lathan (Love & Basketball, Brown Sugar) has hit out at rumours she had an affair with Denzel Washington after they co-starred in the movie Out Of Time.
The pair played onscreen lovers in the 2003 film, but Lathan is angered by claims their relationship is threatening Washington's 22-year marriage.
She tells the New York Daily News, "It got started because in the movie, I had a love scene with Denzel.
"People took that and translated it into real life. They said I was pregnant with Denzel's child, and people were calling my mother, saying I'm having his baby. It's frustrating."
Washington's representative has also shot down claims the Washington's are on the verge of a split, telling the Daily News, "Their marriage is just fine."
