UK R&B Artist Craig David to Release 'Trust Me' Stateside May 6th

R&B singer Craig David will release his latest album ‘Trust Me’ in the United States this Tuesday. The album, his fourth, was released in Europe and Japan last November led by the UK top10 single “Hot Stuff.”

Recorded in Havana, Cuba last year with producer Martin Terefe the album debuted at #18 on the UK album charts. ‘Trust Me’ will also include the single “This Is The Girl,” a top 20 collaboration with UK rapper Kano. The remix to his current single “6 of 1 Thing” featuring Ryan Leslie was released recently however, will not appear on the album.

David’s last release in the U.S. was Slicker Than the Average (2002) the follow up to his top 10 debut “Born to Do It” (2000), which spawned the singles “7 Days,” “Fill Me In,” and “Walking Away.”

A new single entitled “Officially Yours” is slated for release this summer. ‘Trust Me’ in stores Tuesday, May 6th.
