Singer J. Holiday Arrested For Speeding and Marijuana Possession

R&B singer J. Holiday has been arrested for marijuana possession in Maryland after police pulled him over for driving way too fast. The “Bed” singer - real name Nahum Grymes - was spotted in Salisbury "driving in tandem" with another vehicle "at a high rate of speed" on Thursday (Feb 21.) night. When officers approached Grymes' car, they noticed a strong smell of marijuana and a search of the vehicle turned up a nominal amount of the drug, explained Sergeant Frank Russo.
The star and his passenger, George Jackson, were both arrested on charges of drug possession. The driver of the other car, Rolland Wesley, was also arrested on various traffic counts, but does not face any drug-related charges.
In Other J. Holiday news, the singer is set to kick off his US tour today at the House of Blues in Chicago, IL. As Singersroom recently reported, Holiday and Trey Songz will co-headline the national spring run. J Holiday gained national attention for his hit song “Bed,” while he recently re-re-released ‘Back Of My Lac’ as a Deluxe Edition with new songs and videos.

Man you could at least smoke your weed at home and if you are going to get pulled over by the cop wind down the damn windows before they get there so the weed smoke will leave. It works cause I did it when I got pulled over and the police never noticed anything. I got a ticket for speeding and then went home and finished my blunt. Idiot.
