Update: Bobby Brown's Day In Court Regarding Cocaine Possesion

R&B singer Bobby Brown appeared in a Brockton, Massachusetts, courtroom Tuesday for a closed-door hearing on whether he will face drug charges stemming from his Dec. 1 arrest in a hotel parking lot.
As Singersroom reported early January, police were called to squash a fight at the local Holiday Inn when they found Brown outside in an SUV with what his lawyer described as "very small amounts of cocaine residue" in his possession.
A clerk magistrate has delayed making a decision on the matter while awaiting more details from police on the circumstances surrounding the situation.
The possible drug charges aren't the only legal matter on Brown's docket.
The former New Edition singer filed court documents in July seeking to overturn a decision granting ex-wife Whitney Houston sole custody of their 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
Both he and Houston were due in an Orange County courtroom last month for a hearing on the matter, but neither showed up.
A lawyer for Houston who attended the hearing on her behalf said Brown's failure to make an appearance seemed to render his motion dead in the water.

I agree with Dwayne about who cares, but I can say this this isn't news. Just yesterday some guy was arrested with cocaine but it isn't all over the news because he isn't so called famous. Bobby Brown is a man that makes mistakes just like the regular 9 to 5 JOe on the street. He will either prevail or fall but it is only on Bobby and those involved. I do think Whitney is being kind of silly......she spent all of those years witht he same old Bobby Brown but now she is all brand new and he isn't a good father. She is being bitter and simple and using a child to do it and no one is thinking about the child.
Bobby Brown is too old to be acting so stupid, he has children and h e needs to start acting like a responsible parent.
Who cares? I'm just glad that Whitney got out of there!
