Music publishing company BMI will hold its second annual “How I Wrote the Song” panel Saturday, February 9th at the Key Club in L.A. The seminar offers attendees an inside look at the creative process of hit songs and key information on the business of songwriting and the music industry.
The panelist include established hitmakers Sean Garrett , Dallas Austin, Rodney Jerkins, Polow Da Don, Anthony Hamilton, and others; whom will discuss the individual work and creative process. It will be moderated by BMI’s Vice President, Writer Publisher Relations Catherine Brewton and Los Angeles Times music critic Ann Powers; the event is open to the public.
Advance tickets are available now for $10 through Ticketmaster or at the Key Club box office; day-of admission at the door will be $20.

This dude looks so familiar a couple months ago an article in Essence magazine had this guys picture in it and the subject was Why he would prefer to date white women over black women and he was going on and on but if you ask me I think there are some insecurities going on
Will there be anyway to access an online recording of this seminar?
This needs to be a traveling seminar and it definately should come to the Detroit/Chicago area. Are there anyplans for more seminars like this at future locations?
