Q. Parker, one fourth of veteran R&B group 112, has signed a joint venture deal between his company NeWFAM Entertainment and Malaco Records, the home of Kelly Price.

The anticipated reunion of "Peaches & Cream," "Anywhere" and "It's Over Now" group 112 is happening with members returning to the studio this month.
