After releasing her self titled debut project in 2006, it appeared Cassie walked away from pursuing music to becoming a model. Fast forward to the present, the loyal Bad Boy singer returns with her sophomore album in lieu of criticism on her vocal ability. On her lead single "King of Heart," she ditches R&B production for an electronic backdrop made for club dancers.
Cassie describes her new sound creations as "A cool blend of pop, hip-hop, and ska." She added "It's urban Gwen Stefani meets Aaliyah. I hate referencing people but if you had to compare, that's it."

"I Love You Crazy" is the brand new single from rapper Raekwon's new R&B artist Kofi Black. The female dedication record, which also feature a solid lyrical jumpstart from the Wu-Tang Clan veteran, boast a warm instrumentation and catchy lyrics; just in time for Valentine's day.
"You got an attitude, you be pushing my buttons making me mad at you, wouldn't trade you for anything in this world, you crazy as hell but I still love you girl," Kofi sings of his special lady.

Working with Monica & Brandy... It was amazing to be in the presence of two amazing vocalist and be able to write and produce a song for them. It is pressure and I like pressure. I thrive off pressure. This is the first song they sang together since "The Boy Is Mine" and they only performed "The Boy Is Mine" one time together. That was number one for thirteen weeks. To come behind that, I think is an honor and I was blessed to be able to be asked to be the guy to write and produce the song for it.
Boy Is Mine vs. New Duet... I definitely don't want to compare it, I look to other people to do that. I just know it is a great song and I got amazing vocals out of both girls. I am sure people are going to love the song and the content of the record. It is very fly, very mature, very grown up.

Jesse Boykins III, the leader of the Romantic Movement, found a way to
incorporate tribal stomps and handclaps into a smooth concoction of soul
on "The Perfect Blue." The record, produced by eighteen year old
German, Gora Sou, was created when the pair worked at the Red Bull Music
Academy. The collaboration is the first taste of JBIII's upcoming album
entitled 'Zulu Guru.'
