Nikka is bad. For those comparing her to Amy, check the facts. Amy needs to be compared to Nikka. Check out her first album Everybody Got Their Something(2001). Mark Ronson worked on that album ie Amy's sound. I'm glad she is back. This has been her style.

Nikka has put out a few albums before this ans has been on the scene since the 90's. She's ALWAYS been a funk/soul singer. Kind of like a female Lenny Kravitz. If you want to talk about "clones," Amy's a clone of her. Only problem is that Nikka hasn't been as popular as Amy.

Ok, I can see this 60's sound revival is going to get tired very quickly. First, Solange Knowles, then Raphael Saadiq (although I been a big fan of his for 20 years), and now Nikka Costa. Please people let's do something fresh and ORIGINAL. Stop being creatures of habit and copycatting the next person.
