Like many of our modern epic voices, Letoya?s phenomenal musical journey began in the humble surroundings of the church choir. It didn?t take long for her immense talent to catch the eye of Matthew Knowles, founder and manager of the group then titled Girl Time. Girl Time later morphed itself into the group now known as Destiny?s Child, which sold millions on their first self-titled release and was hailed as one of the most popular female R&B groups today.

Luckett was a member of Destiny?s Child from 1993 - 2000 prior to her dismissal from the group. Although the split was contentious, LeToya has moved forward to pursue her dreams as an artist.

Letoya Luckett, born March 11th in Houston, Texas, is a two time Grammy Award winning artist and songwriter with many talents.

Currently signed to Capitol Records, she is working on her self-titled debut album, scheduled for a spring 2006 release, includes her lead single ?All Eyes On Me? which features today?s most recognizable rappers out of the Southwest, Paul Wall & Slim Thug. The project will be LeToya?s first solo venture since her days as a Destiny?s Child original member.
