Ne-Yo has earned a role in what might be his most high-profile film to date.Battling aliens in the forthcoming flick 'Battle: Los Angeles,' Ne-Yo has been cast as a corporal alongside actress Michelle Rodriguez. News of Ne-Yo's new role follows the recently completed film 'Red Tails'. Due in theaters in 2011, the Columbia helmed 'Battle: Los Angeles' centers around an alien invasion. Battling the aliens, Ne-Yo's platoon is billed with the responsibility of saving the city. 'Battle Los Angeles' follows Ne-Yo's roles in 'Stomp The Yard' and 'Save The Last Dance 2'.
