Hit making producer Tricky Stewart (Rihanna, Beyonce) has just linked up with American Idol and The X-Factor creator Simon Fuller for a joint venture !

Stewart, known for aiding Beyonce with the 2008 smash "Single Ladies," is currently in talks with the 19 Entertainment mogul (Simon Fuller) for an expected vocal talent search.

While details on the deal are being kept under wraps at this time, a release from the duo Wednesday confirms the project will be revealed late 2009.

Fuller, creator of the hit series "American Idol" and executive at 19 Entertainment, previously home to Fantasia and Ruben Studdard, is rumored to be eying another reality series for television -- possibly airing on U.S. television.
