Artist Profile: Rude Boys

The Rude Boys is a 1990s vocal group from Cleveland, Ohio.The group is making some headway on both the pop and Urban Contemporary fronts. Larry Marcus, Melvin Sephus, and brothers Edward Lee Banks and Joe Little III were discovered by Levert, who helped get them signed to Atlantic Records. The band's 1990 LP, Rude Awakenings, included the single "Written All Over Your Face", which made it to #16 on the pop chart and "Heaven", which was a top ten R & B hit.
