The "The City Of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia is where
Robert Gee's heavily influenced soul music and R&B comes from. "My music is soulful R&B but with a contemporary feel and appeal." Singing since the age of 5 and professionally since the age of 12. Robert has classically trained singer from his youth. It was only natural that Robert would find his way into musical theater. Staring in such productions as The Wiz, PIPPIN, Ain't Misbehavin and Jesus Christ Superstar just to name a few. Robert is also an Amature Night winner at the world famous Apollo Theater! While in the critically acclaimed musical play "Body Language" Gee garnered rave reviews and a Best Supporting Actor nod from the NAACP Image Award committee for theater. Backstage West called his work as "Fleetwood" in Cy Colemans The Life both credible and compelling! Gee is known for his impeccable ear and vocal range and has had the honor of working with many industry greats like Luther Vandross, Vesta, The Emotions, Atlantic Star, Teena Marie, Bee Bee Winans and LaShun Pace.
Robert Gee has done everything from opera to musical theater as a singer/actor/dancer and has extensive nightclub experience as well as corporate casuals.
