Beyonce was spotted out for the first time last night since giving birth to child Blue Ivy Carter. The "I Care" singer's first public appearance was in support of hubby Jay-Z's concert at Carnegie Hall.

As usual, King B looked fantastic, showing off her curves in a tight red dress, hoop earrings and a gold clutch bag.

During the evening, hubby Jay-Z entertained event-goers at his benefit concert, which serves the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.

Collaborators Alicia Keys and Nas joined the music mogul on stage.
