After paying a visit to rehab, Amy Winehouse was shockingly served with divorce papers in January. According to PEOPLE, the Grammy Award-winning singer's husband Blake Fielder-Civil cited adultery as reason for the divorce.

Fielder Civil at one point confessed: "I feel more than guilty. Now I have to let her go to save her life."
